Septs

Black Feather Sept under American Dream

The Urban sept is hidden deep under the company Macha Technologies, the world's leading supplier of military, medical and computer technology. Themes: Hope. Fighting to fit in. Fighting to keep what is sacred. Living within Humanity while having to escape it. Rage. Hopelessness. Frustration. Fighting the system.

Crystal Lake Sept under Unicorn

The Rural sept is nestled just outside the wilderness of Casscades National Park. To the north it is bordered by a lake that is clear as crystal, hence it's name, and to the west it's bordered by mountaints. The area is heavily forested, with confiers and legend pines dotting the area in groves. The wildlife is abundant and the hunting is good, all though the area is protected from most human hunters. Themes: Epicness. Hope. Despair. Losing touch with Humanity. Playfulness. Being feral. Being Garou.

Attributes

No more than one 4 in attributes.

Abilities

Keep your character balanced. Don't forget that you were human (in most cases!) before you became Garou. Consider Etiquette, Subterfuge, Academics (level 1 is High School), Computer (most humans in the age of your average Cliath grew up with computers, after all) and such abilities, at least for a moment. No 5s accepted for Cliaths.

Lores

You get 1 dot of Lore free in your tribe, the rest costs like normal abilities, both Freebie- and XP-wise. Tribal Lore is capped at 3 for a starter. You may start with Wyrm, Weaver or Wyld Lore, but that is heavily restricted. The knowledge that covers Umbra and Spirits is Cosmology.

Secondary Abilities

These are allowed, but costs the same as normal abilities.

Backgrounds

Numen, Touched and Influence are banned.
