Police Creation Guidelines

You can start with up to Rank (Police) 1 as a starting character, where if you pick to have none, you will be new from the Police Academy. To get higher ranks, you'll need to have the requirements for the rank, and also need to have worked a certain amount of time IC towards it. Only "mortal" characters may be Police characters, namely: Mortal, Ghoul, Hunter, Kinain, Kinfolk, Consor, Thrall, Sorcerer and Psychic. "Full" supernaturals can be on the force, to a certain extent, but any supernatural abilities may not be used in Police SLs.

Fresh from the Academy

You will be stuck with desk job for 1-2 months while you're working to get the points for either basic patrol or K-9 unit. You will also be required to have finished High School, as per the Concept FAQ.
