PC-owned businesses

Requirements

• Intelligence 3 or higher
• Leadership 2 or higher
• Computer 2 or higher (negotiable)
• Finance 2 for a small business
• Finance 3 for a moderate business
• Finance 4 for a large business (restricted, full details required)

Preferable to have 1 dot of influence that relates to the business (I.E., a Record Company would have at least Media Influence 1)

Other Requirements

Businesses take a lot of work for your character, and they should take just a little work for the players who want their PC's to have them. The requirements aren't overly demanding - we aren't requiring floor plans or your own webpage (unless you want to have a large business), but they are -definitely- a plus to having them approved.

You will also need to provide the following information

Business Name
Description / What the business does (50-200 words or so)
Owner (PC Name as it appears in chat)
Forum name (so people can FPM regarding the business)
URL for business (if applicable - a definite plus)

Other information

• How the long business has been around
• Whether they are a struggling small business or a thriving firm
• How many employees they have
• The location, description of the building
• Hours of operation
• Whether they are listed in the phone book
• Whether they have advertisements and if they do what media sources they use, etcetera.

All of these are important to other PC's and ST's to better implement your PC's businesses into stories, and give other PC's access to your business. It doesn't have to be a book of information, but it is nice for everyone to have a little in-depth understanding of what they do rather than just a name.
