Crystal Lake Sept - Countryside

Gauntlet: 2

Bawn

The bawn stretches about 1 000 acres, nestled against the Casscade National Park. The crystal clear lake that gave the sept it's name lies to the north, and to the west it's bordered by mountains. The area is heavily forested, dominated by confiers and legend pines, and the hunting is good.

Living Area

Kinfolk Village

Where once the kinfolk village lay, now there's only the foundations, a reminder to the garou about the tantrum of the once-pure Kurima, who destroyed most of the buildings around the sept before dying.

The Log House

Recently built, the log house is very simply furnished. It has space for about 50 people, but they need to bring their own sleeping things. Each partition has a chest for some private belongings, and there's several doors to make sure that it won't become a death trap. There's a shrine dedicated to Morpheus, the grecian god of sleep, in a corner, and Dream Catchers hanging from the ceiling. A carefully guarded fire in the centre of the house is the only lightning when the sun is not up.

Grave of the Hallowed Heroes

A simple log house built up around the place where the former elders were found after the death of Kurima, with stones marking their final resting place. There are beginnings of a "library", containing stories of those that have died already to keep Crystal Lake Sept safe, not in a written form, but in beadwork, tapestries, or even carved glyphs on bark.
