Carthage

Just northeast of Magid is the smaller city of Carthage, home to the University of Carthage, The Franciscan Gardens, The Museum of Contemporary Art, and some of the hottest clubs in Washington State, such as Club Asylum, which is world renown for its owner Jacob Crowley is known for his macabre sense of humor. It is also the recently declared barony of Alejandro Montoya, an elder who firmly has supported the cause of the younger generation for over nine centuries. Across two continents the newly established baron has fought and championed for the causes of equal rights among vampires, only just recently being removed off the Red List because of shrewd negotiations.

The reasons for why Alejandro has come is because he was originally called in to help with setting up the Anarch City, in a city that has been leaderless. Alejandro, a great supporter of Jeremy MacNeil, speaks only as the voice and is often ready to go to war against anyone who he perceives as enemies of the Anarch Movement. Recent actions have caused him great concern and he's all ready preparing for the worse, should the Camarilla betray the fragile alliance they now have and try to force their methods back into carthage.

University of Carthage

This large campus of 4300 acres consists of many buildings, where many of the most renown courses of study include the natural sciences, computer science and mathematics.. Its basketball team, the UOC Chargers is hoping to make the Final Four this year.

The Franciscan Gardens

Outside of the St. Francis's Catholic Church, that was established in the 1800's, the Franciscan Gardens contain many plants native to the Washington area, most adjusted to the wet seasons.

The Museum of Contemporary Art

Established in the 1940s, the Museum gives precedence to art that covers everything from paintings, to sculptures, to works of film. The building in itself is so unique in design it could be considered a piece of art itself.

Club Asylum

Run by the Malkavian Jacob Crowley, the club is renown for it's dark goth scene as well as some of the biggest names of goth/metal play there nightly. Jacob is a long time friend and associate with Alejandro and will often lend the VIP section out to Alejandro for his use should he need it for a war room or private meeting. It is also slowly becoming the new place for Anarch Rants.
