Kithain Creation Guidelines
Available Kiths: Boggan, Eshu, Nocker, Pooka, Redcap, Satyr, Sidhe, Sluagh, Troll
Court Affiliation: Seelie or Unseelie (Shadow Court is currently Banned)
Legacies: Choose 1 seelie legacy and 1 unseelie legacy
House: Optional, only Gwydion, Dougal, Liam, Fionna, Eiluned, and Scathach (not Arcadian)
Attributes: May not exceed 4 without the expenditure of Freebie Points (Appearance 4 is now restricted before application of birthright.)
Abilities: Each Kithain is given 1 free dot in Changeling lore and 1 dot in their own kith's lore. No more then 7 dots can be allocated in combat stats (Brawl, Dodge, Firearms, Melee) unless of the following kiths and Sidhe houses, and with good reason: Troll, and Redcap, Fiona, Gwydion, Scathach, who may take up to 9 dots. The ST team requires taking 1 dot in the following abilities: Academics, Empathy, Kenning, and Gremayre.
Note: Kenning 2 is necessary to spot freeholds, Gremayre 2 is necessary to tell the difference between cantrips (direct from book. If you wish to raise your arts you must have at least gremayre 2).
Backgrounds: Please be prepared to explain them. Title Max 2, Commoner Kith must earn title in game. Treasure maximum 3. Pooka Animal Affinity costs go here.

Banned Arts at character creation:
Dark Arts, Denizen Arts, Merfolk Arts, Nunnehi Arts
Realms: No realm may exceed 3 during character creation.
Willpower: Willpower is capped at 6 at creation (with a very good reason for anything above 5)
Merits: 7 point maximum. Merits will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
Restricted and Banned Merits will be posted on the book section.
Flaws: 7 point maximum (you may exceed 7 points but will only be given 7 freebie points). Flaws will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
Restricted Flaws and Banned will be posted on the book section.
